Physicians Our staff is the best. It is a
collection of dedicated, highly trained and compassionate people who strive to
provide the finest medical treatment in a warm and caring environment. Our staff
includes: D. Russell Locke,
M.D. Dr. Locke is a native Floridian. He attended Florida State
University where he was selected for the Program in Medical Sciences. During this
time he was awarded the opportunity to pursue an accelerated path leading to a
Bachelor of Science and completion of the first year of medical school. The remainder
of Dr. Locke’s formal medical education was completed at the University of Florida
where he received the degree, Doctor of Medicine in 1983. He also completed his
surgical and urological training at the University of Florida and is certified
by the American Board of Urology. He is also a Fellow of the American College
of Surgeons. Dr. Locke was actively recruited to the Ocala area by Dr.
S. A. (Moses) Shashy, founder of one of the oldest urological practices in the
Southeastern United States. Upon Dr. Locke’s arrival to the area in 1988, he developed
a uniquely progressive and innovative approach to urologic healthcare. During
this time, he introduced numerous technological advances and surgical techniques,
which had regional impact on the diagnosis and treatment of urologic disorders.
Through this experience, the concept of a comprehensive center for the diagnosis
and treatment of urologic disorders utilizing the most modern and innovative techniques
were formulated. To date, Dr. Locke has devoted his career to the practice and
development of this approach to urologic healthcare. Dr. Locke has resided
in Ocala since 1988 with his wife and children. to

W. Klimberg, M.D. Dr. Klimberg has been
a Florida resident since 1973. Having received his medical degree from the University
of Miami and completing his urologic training at the University of Florida, Dr.
Klimberg was appointed to the urology staff at Shands Hospital in Gainesville.
He has been certified by the American Board of Urology since 1986 and is a Fellow
of the American College of Surgeons. While serving as Assistant Professor
at the University of Florida, he was named Director of Resident Education for
new physicians. During his four years on staff at Shands Hospital, he was actively
engaged in research focused on new medical and surgical treatments in urology.
Dr. Klimberg’s research in urology has drawn international attention, and he is
frequently featured as a guest speaker. Dr. Klimberg relocated his practice
from Gainesville in 1989 to help pioneer the concept of total urologic healthcare
within the confines of a urologic specialty facility…combining a traditional urology
practice with a surgical and diagnostic facility. Dr. Klimberg resides
in Ocala with his family. to

Staff Rick P. Sessions,
PA-C Mr. Sessions relocated to Florida from his native North Carolina
in 2002. He received his formal medical and urological training at the University
of North Carolina School of Medicine where he graduated as a Physician Assistant
in 1979. He is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant through the National
Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He has worked as a staff
Physician Assistant in both private and academic settings including the University
of North Carolina School of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Urology
in Chapel Hill where he acquired extensive experience in all aspects of medical
and surgical urologic healthcare. Mr. Sessions has undergone specialty
training in the areas of female incontinence and robotic-assisted laparoscopic
surgery. Mr. Sessions resides in Ocala with his wife and family.

Roger Madore, PA-C
Mr. Madore relocated to Florida from his native Connecticut in 1972. He received
his formal medical and urological training at the University of Florida School
of Medicine. During his seven-year tenure at the University of Florida Medical
Center and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Gainesville, he was involved
in the education and training of urologic residents. In addition, Mr. Madore has
been extensively involved with urologic research and received special training
in advanced diagnostic evaluations and outpatient surgery. While in Gainesville,
he worked closely with Dr. Locke and Dr. Klimberg and acquired his special skills
and talents in urology. Mr. Madore has been an integral part of the medical team
at the Urology Center of Florida since 1989. He is nationally certified as a Physician
Assistant through the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Mr. Madore lives in Gainesville with his family. to

William Smith, PA-C
Mr. Smith has been a Florida resident most of his life. He received his formal
medical and urological training at the University of Florida School of Medicine
where he graduated as a Physician Assistant in 1983. He has served the medical
community in a variety of specialties, including the Renal Medicine and Kidney
Transplant Service at the University of Florida. He has extensive
experience in the medical field and is actively involved in our male sexual function
and incontinence programs. He is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant
through the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Mr. Smith resides in Gainesville with his wife and family.
